Shipping & FAQ
Shipping
At SlowFlow, we roast and pack each order with care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and full of flavour.
Processing Times
We roast once a week using our Loring S15 roaster — a highly efficient, low-emission machine that brings out clarity and sweetness in every batch.
Orders are dispatched 1–2 days after roasting, and orders placed after a roast may be held for the next cycle to ensure optimal freshness.

FAQ
When will my order ship?
We roast weekly and ship 1–2 days after each roast. If your order misses the current roast cycle, it will go out with the next one.
Do you offer express or local delivery?
We currently only offer standard national shipping via Australia Post and Sendle. Express and local delivery are not available at this time.
Can I choose ground or whole beans?
Yes — you can choose between whole beans or ground coffee at checkout.
If selecting ground, let us know your preferred brew method (e.g. V60, Aeropress, French Press) so we can grind it to suit.
We recommend choosing whole beans if you have a grinder — it helps preserve flavour and freshness for longer.
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Our coffee is best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks of roasting. For peak flavour, we suggest brewing between days 5–30 after roast. Whole beans stored in an airtight container will stay fresher longer than pre-ground coffee.
Should I let my coffee rest before brewing?
Yes. We recommend allowing your coffee to rest for 3–7 days after roast. This gives it time to degas and helps the flavours open up more evenly in the cup.
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Keep it sealed in its original bag or in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer — room temperature is ideal.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we’re focused on roasting and delivering within Australia.
What if my coffee arrives damaged or doesn’t taste right?
We want every cup to hit the mark. If anything’s not right with your order, email us at info@slowflow.coffee and we’ll make it right.
Can I buy your coffee in person?
We're currently online-only, but we’re working on partnerships with local cafés. Follow us on @slowflow.coffee for updates.
