Malino is a cool, elevated growing region in the highlands of South Sulawesi, where slower cherry maturation helps build sweetness, structure, and clarity in the cup. Washed Process

Washed processing begins with ripe cherries being pulped to remove the outer fruit, leaving the beans coated in sticky mucilage. The coffee is then fermented in water to break down this layer before being thoroughly washed clean and dried.
